Shipping
InnStore offers three shipping options for Australian orders:
For items under 5kg Standard Parcel Post at $10 and Express Parcel Post at $15.
For items over 5kg a heavy or oversized shipping rate of $30 will be applied.
During peak sales, there may be dispatch delays.
Australia Post delivers on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are delivered with Safe Drop, meaning they will be left in a secure location at the delivery address if unattended. Otherwise, a calling card will be left for collection at an Australia Post location.
Once you have your tracking details, you can modify the delivery method on the Australia Post website.
We are not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen events like strikes or natural disasters.
Dispatch and Delivery Times:
We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. For orders from multiple locations, expect more than one delivery.
Expect an additional 2-3 days for dispatch during sale periods, with customer notification of any delays.
All orders are sent via Australia Standard Parcel Post, and delivery times are separate from dispatch times.

Click and Collect:
Place an order online and collect it in-store. Wait for a confirmation email before collecting your order.
Unclaimed orders will be contacted within 14 business days before cancellation and refund.
Refunds take 5 business days and are returned to the original payment method.
Order Tracking:
Track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
